Exchange and Returns Policy

Overview

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and will be only accepted in the original packaging. Any item that is damaged, soiled or altered is not accepted and shall be sent back to the customer. The customer needs to inform us within 3 business days from the date of receiving the parcel. You can contact us  on info@philipkotlerclothing.com. We would not be able to accept the exchange/return if the mail is sent after 03 days from the date of delivery. In case, your pincode is not serviceable by the courier company for reverse pickup you will have to bear the courier charges and send us back the product yourself.

All delivered orders are eligible for only 1 time size/product exchange. Need to exchange a second time? No worries. An additional charge of Rs.150 is applicable which goes to the courier company for carrying out the entire procedure the 2nd time. Items purchased on any kind of sale/offers are not eligible for exchange/refunds.

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
